I've come to realize that I often stick to things that are familiar. Whether it be what I cook or crafts I do. I find comfort in knowing that the outcome isn't going to be some massive disaster. The problem with this is that without change, there is no improvement or growth. So I've decided to push myself to try new things. Push past my personal boundaries and maybe even learn a little bit about myself.
